im a member but purchased an item as a visitor

I ordered an item as a visitor although I am a member.  The seller sent the wrong item.  I contacted the seller, provided all purchase information.  The seller is having difficulty communicating with me because my account does not reflect my purchase.  The seller sent me a return label but I am unable to open it for some reason. What do i do.

Never buy as a guest if you have an eBay account.  First try logging out and log in as a guest  see if you can print that label.

When buying as a guest, you will receive an email with all the information. It is sent to the email address you used when buying. You will need to access that info through that email. As simba6 said, you need to be logged out of your account to do anything. eBay does not connect your actual account and buying as a guest, they are separate.
