how to return an item after closing the return on ebay

i got this jersey but it didn't match the descriptions so i wanted to return it but i mis clicket and put something so i closed the return thinking i could put the right reason which was didn't match the descriptions but now i cant return it so can someone please tell me it I'm only 11

If you've closed the eBay Return, you're not allowed to reopen it. If whoever paid for this jersey paid with PayPal, you can file a claim there. Have that adult help you this time. Good luck!
