If you want to revise the negative that you left, the seller will have to send you a request to revise it.  I believe that they can send that revision request that from their own feedback page.

quite possible for some reason my gmail  did not reach you for some reason ,as you have offered to replace glasses i will retract my negative review,however as the remaining ones are ok ,i shall not require any replacement thanyou .bob michalik.

If you have an issue with an item and want to discuss it with your seller, you need to send them a message through eBay messages, not through email.

How do you sent the buyer a feedback revision? A buyer left me a neg by mistake. Her comment was positive, but she accidently left  me a red neg.
