how do i start a return on ebay when the item does not show up on my purchase history

@527mrp How did you pay for your purchase? Did you ever receive a notice from eBay using the eBay messaging system saying you won  the item?

I used a mastercard.  got the item but I realized I all ready have this style [sunglasses]   when I tried to return it said go to your purchase page click on item to start a return.   that is the problem its  not there.  every thing I tried with ebay just says the same thing go to pick out start return.  you can't call them anymore the numbers don't work, it tells you to go online to your purchase page it just a circle.  they say leave your number  but than I get an email the your number does not work update number   do that and I  get the same answer, another circle. they did away with people at customer service and its now a computer your talking to.  can not win.

Was this a recent purchase or a few months and some days ago?

Instead, click the blue button @527mrp inside any of the email messages you received from eBay after you paid for this purchase.

1. Then click view Order details.

2. Click see Additional actions.

3. And click Return this item.

How long ago was the purchase?  May be out of the window to return?
