CAD ves es más común que hagas una compra y te envien cajas vacías o con productos como pilas 2 veces me paso no compren más en ebay porque después no te atiende nadie

Have you tried using the MBG, it works great when used right.
You need to file for a return and select the Item Isn't As Described as the reason for the return.
