eBay generated return labels not accepted

Hello,  eBay is providing USPS return shipping labels to buyers - good for shipments up to 70lbs.  We have 3 recent returns that are 84lbs each, and buyers were turned away when trying to drop off.  They have since shipped the returns back via UPS (which they paid for), but upon refunding they are also being charged for the label they were unable to use.  How can we either get eBay to stop providing USPS labels for heavy shipments, or allow buyers to change the tracking information?

So the system generates them still if the listing is over that weight?

Curious on the actual listing what did you put for weight ?

If true that is annoying. I've never dealt with heavy items over 70 lbs. Yet.
