So I went to dispute resolution and they granted my appeal to send item back to a seller who miprepresented the product -- They told me to use their mailing lable, which I did, and which I have tracking information that the Seller received the item -- During the processing they sent me messages telling me I needed to add the tracking information -- When I went in to provide the tracking information, the system would not allow me to do anything -- I called and spoke to a young lady who said don't worry, I can see that the item was shipped and if you don't receive the money by the 10th, let us know -- So, what do I get on the 11th -- a notice that the case has been closed -- So now, I'm out my money and the product -- How is this possible Ebay -- You gotta fix this one

if there was delivery attempt at your address and then item was send back to seller address then case will be close in seller favor. was there any delivery attempt on tracking by carrier?

In my case the item was returned to seller using eBays return label. USPS tracking shows item return. eBay closed stating I didn’t enter tracking yet eBay won’t permit me to enter tracking. I am out $ with no recourse. eBay help says to open appeal but has no directions on how to do so
