eBAY WONT REFUND WRON SIZE JACKET PRICE

TECHNICALLY EBAY IS COVERING A CHINESE VENDOR WHO SOLD ME THE WRONG PRODUCT AND THAT VENDOR WILL NOT PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING WITH A PREPAID  RETURN SHIPPING LABEL.

I TRUSTED THE CHINESE VENDOR TO SHIP THE RIGHT SIZE 3XL JACKET AND I RECIEVED A MEDIUM

i AM NOT TRUSTING THE CHINESE VENDOR A SECOND TIME TO REFUND MY PURCHASE MONEY AND WHATEVER THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE. THEY ADVERTISED "NO RETURN " ??? YEAH OK!

THE REAL **bleep** IS THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE, EXACT SAME SITUATION, WRONG SIZE AND NO PREPAID LABLE BEFORE. I THE PREVIOUS INSTANCE EBAY REFUNDED MY MONEY AND SAID KEEP THE JACKET. WHY? IT DOESN'T FIT.  BUT I DID GET MY PURCHASE MONEY BACK!

TODAY, "BORIS" IN CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS ACCORDIG TO RETURN POLICY HE WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY ,"EVEN THOUGH HE SEES WHERE EBAY HAD REFUNDED MY MONEY BEFORE FOR THE SAME SITUATION."

i EXPLAIN TO "BORIS" IH AVE ALMOST 1000 PURCHASES FROM EBAY. IS HE WILLING TO HAVE ME CEASE BUYING FROM EBAY OVER $18.00 ?

IS THERE SOMEONE WHO ISN'T "HIGH" WHO REALIZES WHAT EBAY STANDS TO LOSE OVER $18.00?

IS THERE AN EBAY EMPLOYEE ABOVE BORIS WHO WILL AUTHORIZE THE $18.00 REFUND?NOT A 3XL JACKET

Return as item as described....and use your photo when it asks for a 'photo'.

So an 3XL jacket from China will not be 3XL...sizes will vary from countries.

There are always returns for 'item not as described'.

This 'Boris' guy is wrong...

And returning something to China yourself would cost more than the item is worth.

If the seller advertised a 3XL and shipped a Medium, then you need to choose the return reason "doesn't match description or photos" or "received wrong item." The seller will be required to provide a prepaid return label or refund.

If the seller advertised a 3XL and shipped a 3XL that runs small, that's when you choose the return reason "doesn't fit" because the seller shipped the correct item, but it didn't fit, therefore you're responsible on a buyer-pays return shipping situation.

TIP: Clothing and shoes from China are way smaller than US standard sizes. Don't buy clothing from China in the future. Also - always check the full item description for measurements and do not rely on size alone.

Did you check the measurements in the listing?

A 3XL in China is not the same as a 3XL in the US.

If you chose Didn't Fit as the reason for the return, you have to pay return shipping because that is considered a remorse return and not covered by the MBG.

You purchased an Asian 3XL. Chinese sellers typically have the measurements listed in cm. I can clearly see that the 3XL is equivalent to a standard USA size L.  Here’s the size chart from the item you purchased. I don’t see the seller doing anything wrong.

There was a size chart with adequate measurements. These are obviously Asian sizes, and Chinese sizes tend to be on the petite side. But the measurements are there. The buyer received essentially what he ordered. One needs to be especially careful.

The sizing of clothing purchased directly from China is much different than the sizing in the United States.  When ordering from these sellers you have to choose a size that is at least a couple sizes bigger than you would normally buy in the United States.  

If you purchase clothing from a seller in the United States, it will probably be with high probability not made in the United States; however, if it is made specifically for the United States market it should have the correct United States size.  

Always check measurements before making a purchase.  

I suggest chalking this up as lesson learned.  Give the item to somebody that can wear it or donate it to a homeless shelter.  There is currently a strike at the ports so there is probably no way to send it back anyway.  Thankfully most toilet paper is made in the United States so this port strike should have no effect on that.

I've seen a lot of articles on the internet complaining about sizes where they show the picture of the item in the ad and a picture of them wearing the size they ordered and received. 

The OP's picture experience is typical. 

Not just on eBay but Google ads are misleading, too. I ordered one of those " most comfortable bra" designed by a 70 yr old granny. I suspected it was coming from China so I ordered 2 sizes larger than I wear, the largest size offered. It came and their largest size would fit a 38 or 40 B cup. I gave it away.

You can only open one case and it appears you used doesn't  fit as the reason.  That's  a remorse return where the seller is not responsible for return shipping.

Sellers in China or any other foreign country cannot send you a prepaid USPS return label. Only U.S. sellers can do that.

To return anything to China with tracking to prove you returned it will set you back around $60. They can mail here cheap thanks to eBay and their government and ours to encourage sales to the U.S.,  but to mail something there is expensive.  There is no level playing field when it's China you're  dealing with. 

You are better off to donate, gift it or resell it.  Describe as 3X but runs very small, more like a Large if you resell it. Give the exact measurements measured lying flat.
