Are you familiar with eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers?

You can read about it in any listing.

You can contact your seller first about the problem, but it's not a requirement.

If you decide to open an item not as described case, please note that eBay gives you just 30 days after delivery to do that.

You are not contacting the seller or eBay on the community boards. Have you had it less then 30 days between the time you received it and now? If so, open a not a described return.  This can all be done online without messaging the seller. You should be able to open the Money Back and follow the prompts.

Go to purchase history.

Open a return.

Select Item is Defective

Submit return.

 

Follow the bouncing ball from there.
