I recently purchased an RJ Tech RJ 1000K II from eBay. A few days ago, I received the order, but when I opened the package, I immediately noticed that one of the four pedestals was missing. Then, when I tried to test the machine, it wouldn’t play at all. I was very disappointed and attempted to return it, but despite my efforts, I couldn’t complete the return process. I was instructed to contact the seller, which I did, but so far neither the seller nor eBay has responded. I’m feeling very frustrated and don’t know what else to do.

That listing photos show it is missing a foot and also the description says it is missing a foot.
What reason did you select for return?

The fact that a pedestal is missing wouldn't qualify for a return, since it is mentioned AND pictured in the listing. [It's possible to add your own foot and still use the player ... IF it otherwise 'worked'.]
Since you say the item 'doesn't play at all' ... you definitely are entitled to return it. Here is what you need to do to initiate a return. Follow the directions exactly:
If you are unable to complete the return request ... then please post back here and tell us exactly what happened when you tried to open one.
