Did you give the seller at least 3 days to reply to your email? Excluding Saturdays-Sundays...not business days.

You can open a claim and ask for a refund. No need to email the seller.

It's super easy. Find the item in your Purchase History and press the big, blue 'Return this item' button. Cite a 'Not as Described' reason (Damaged, Doesn't match description/photos, etc.), confirm and submit your claim.

If the buyer doesn't send you a refund or return shipping label (before refunding), go back to the case and escalate it to eBay when the case timeline allows. You will be made whole. Good luck.

Returns are not as easy in venues like this are not as easy as taking an item back to wally mart. But if you file a case as advised you will get a refund.

Huh?

Returns are as simple as pushing a blue button and following instructions.

Why are you using email? ...and why do you think you need to talk to the seller?

How is it hard? And did you know that you are NOT required to contact the seller when that happens?

It is NOT hard at all.  You just go to the listing drop down, click on "want to return this item" and then use "not as described" as the reason.

Is this the very first time this has happened to you? If so, congratulations since you must be choosing your sellers very wisely.

And, since it seems you are also a seller, have you never had a buyer open an item not as described case?  If so, then congratulations would be in order on that front also!

Really? I find returns to an online seller easier since you don't have to get out of your PJs and don't have to leave your home.
