I have a buyer that did not read the description and thought she was buying some other thing for some reason.
Anyway, she puts in a request claiming not as described.
It was completely well described.
Is there any way to recoup the return shipping cost since this is the buyer's fault? I am already irritated that I wasted money on the outgoing shipping/packaging, but I surely don't think I should be penalized twice for this idiot's lack of reading skills (not to mention ebay's lame presentation of products where the description is practically hidden).
Thanks!

No, just accept the return and provide a shipping label.
When you get it back and refund the buyer, you can report them for abusing the MBG, but won't help you any.

I had a buyer claim my product was not as described. They submitted a refund request. I didn't answer it because I knew my description was spot-on. They awarded him the refund, I appealed--got actual eyes on my description--and won.
