the buyer requested a return, i accepted, she shipped the return i got it, all was fine so i issued her refund, she messaged that she recieved it, but i cant close the case because it says its waiting for buyer to confirm geting the refund, i messaged her and she says she dont see anywhere to confirm it, and will not help any further. so this return case cant be closed, keeps saying i need to respond by 4/6/2021, i called ebay they told me it close itself yesterday, but it hasnt. what do i do?
