Bought an item from seller who posted does not offer returns. However before I bought the item I emailed them and asked them specifically about item and area that could be defective. They emailed backed they checked and item was indeed intact and no wobble on the knife blade. Upon receiving the item the blade did wobble and I contacted them and told I would like to return. They said fine start the return process. I went to the return page and wrote in info about why returning item. However at the bottom of the page the box that says confirm return is gray and not blue and will not let me select to confirm return. is there another way to get the return done? Thank you

You're welcome! Before you turn blue to select to confirm the return, you also have to upload a photo showing the wobble -- what color is the wobble?

First of all, when a buyer receives an item that is not as described, which is what happened to you, the buyer can take advantage of eBay's MBG and open a return case. He does this by locating that item in his purchase history, clicking on "return" and clicking on "not as described" as the reason. Seller will be required to send him a prepaid return label and to refund in full upon receipt of the return.
Secondly, on eBay, there is no such thing as "No Returns" when a buyer receives an item that's not as described.
Please read the MBG. Hopefully, this will have been the first time this happens to you, but understanding the MBG will stand you in good stead if it should happen again.
