hello, i mislabeled 2 items and they went to the wrong buyers. one buyer send me a return request that i accepted right away. now, after talking to the 2 buyers, they are going to directly ship the items to eachother to fix the problem. i just need to give a partial refund to cover their shipping cost. it looks like i can not do a partial refund now because i accepted the return? can i or the buyer cancel the return? so i can send the shipping money. thank you for your help,
