can not return defective product because it is not in the purchase list

Defective product was purchased in 2023 and the purchase list does not go back that far. Therefore the return system does not work also for the same reason the  ebay guarantee system does not work.  Also no matter what I enter in the automated help I can not get it to put me in touch with an agent.

eBay has a 30 day window for Money Back Guarantee claims @jerrym1939 . You've waited far too long to file a claim.

eBay's return window is 30 days as another poster has told you.

When you make an eBay purchase, it's best to check out the item immediately upon receipt.

The all purchases tab on your my eBay page goes back two years.  But, as stated, eBay only covers returns for 30 days from delivery.   There is no warranty on most items purchased on eBay.   There is no point speaking with an eBay rep as they can't help.

We wish items would last forever...but they don't.

Nothing you can do except buy a new item from someone else.

You had 30 days past the last estimated delivery date to open a case. That is the eBay guarantee
