badly damaged item, unable to contact seller who charged me 450 for item and 200 for shipping.

This seller knew the antique chest of drawers was a badly the antique chest of drawers was nothing more than a badly damaged piece of junk and he ripped me off, refused to answer my emails, and waited until I was just out of the hospital to claim it I was outside the agreed upon ( with eBay, not me), the return shipping date.

Go to your purchase history. 
Click the drop-down menu next to the item that says “ more actions” you’re having issues with. Click “ Return this item” ..Select “ Doesn’t match description or pictures” as reason for return follow the prompts. You may be required to attach a photo of the item you are returning. 
The seller should issue you a return label within 3 days,  if they do not  you can ask eBay to step in for a refund. 
If you are outside the required 30 days for return you can file a chargeback through PAYPAL if that’s how you paid, you have 180 days from date of delivery to do so. If you used a credit card you can file a chargeback there.
