Hello I have a Question. a buyer bought some flatware from me. I clearly had large pictures of the pattern and that’s what I sent him and he emailed me and told me it doesn’t match the sept that he has so what do I do now any help would be great thank you

I would tell him the spoons match the pictures and your description and wonder why he would buy something that doesn't match his set, but if he would return them you will refund. He needs to pay return shipping.

I realize you have a "no returns" policy, however sometimes it's a good idea to offer that option to an unsatisfied buyer @cheryllstreasures07 .

Sorry to hear you ordered a pattern that's different from the set you own. We typically don't accept returns, however if you open a return request you can select the reason "ordered by mistake" and we will accept the request.
Seller
If the buyer does that, and follows through with the return, you won't have to refund original shipping and you can re-sell the product.
