Wrong item sent to me cannot get any one to help me either return or refund

I ordered an AllClad stainless fry pan and received a non stick pan in error.  I never use non stick pans so I want to return this pan for either a replacement stainless pan or a refund.

Go to your ebay purchase history and find the item. Select More Actions,  then select Return Item. Select Wrong Item Sent as the return reason. Follow the prompts.  

Come back here with any questions that arise. Especially if the seller balks or suggests anything other than a prepaid return and full refund.

Go to this link and start a return. The link will ask you why you want to return it.  The seller should send you a label to print off at their expense.  You may also want to contact the seller and try to work things out:

You don't need to contact the seller, use the MBG.

Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

@mafan_6466 , as @lakefor94  and others have stated, you have to look at your purchase page or purchase history to start the return. There are pull down tabs that should be used under "Select More Actions" and you will see return. I hope this helps.

You might want to take a few minutes to read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers.

You will discover that, if a transaction goes wrong, there is no need to contact any one.

All you need to do is open an item not as described case.

Already processed return and waiting for seller tor espond. so far nothing. Ebay customer service to take up the case if no word from seller by 1/6/24. Will keep you updated. Thank you

Just open a return.
