How do I get in touch with somebody when a buyer returned the wrong item to me

Somebody?  Do you mean eBay support?  You can try here https://www.ebay.com/help/home or social media (I'd recommend the latter).  The people here in the forums can provide some advice though if you provide more info on the situation.

You have to work your way through some pages.  It will lead to a place to request a rep to call.  But, it takes time to find it.
