I'm asking this question in the eBay Community because I trust you guys to give accurate answers ... and it's easier than contacting an Amazon human these days.
[I assume the answer would apply to eBay users in this situation as well ... so it's not really off-topic. Also, I don't think eBay would mind its members knowing that dealing with Amazon sellers isn't always the walk in the park many people think it is. 😉]
I've been dealing with a 3rd party, Amazon seller who sent me 2 packages of the wrong-sized paper towels. After a week of stalling, they sent me 2 prepaid, Priority Mail labels from Stamps.com this morning. Each is dated 4/24/2025 and has the Dimensions printed for each box: 26 x 16 x 12. [Weight is listed as 5#, which is more than the boxed item weighs, so I'm not concerned about that.]
Each of the boxes that the packages originally came in measure 24 x 18 x 12.
My questions are:
I'm asking mainly because I suspect trickery on the seller's part ... based on the delaying messages I received from them prior to receiving the labels. I want to make sure the post office will accept the packages before I go to the trouble of boxing everything up and taking them there. Thanks! 😊
