Why can’t Ebay process a simple refund

I disputed a purchase made some time ago. Ebay agreed that I should be refunded for the purchase but I have yet to receive that refund. I keep following up ( 4 times and counting) and I just keep getting the runaround from Ebay staff. same canned **bleep** emails saying they’re looking into it and the refund should be coming any time now and it never happens…. Seriously… how hard is it to process a simple refund … not hard if you’re actually processing the refund… I think they just want to stall and stall until I give up trying …. I hate Ebay …the customer service sucks … it’s fine when you’re buying stuff but don’t ever have a problem … you’re basically screwed…. You just get the runaround.  This is the second time this has happened to me … I so so DONE with ebay….

Did you file a case on a timely matter? Item not received or item not as described, as there is absolutely no need to talk to anyone, it can be done online, simple as that. eBay money back guarantee is fool proof. Can you sure more details on your situation. As for their customer service, they are train to tell what you want to hear to get you off the phone quickly.

We don't know all the information. Did you return an item for a refund? Is it a disputed purchase for something not received?
