To do that, find the item in your Purchase History and press the big, blue 'Return this item' button. Give the reason for your request, Confirm and Submit. You'll either get a return shipping label or you'll need to escalate the claim to eBay (if you haven't received one) on day 4 to receive a refund without having to return it. Good luck.
