Unable to cancel return request

Hello: I am a buyer trying to cancel a "return request" after ironing things out with the seller. I follow directions, "cancel return" but keep getting this from ebay: "We couldn't process your request because of a technical issue. Please try again." Again and again. What's up? Thanks.

contact the seller and request to cancel, but know, they are not obligated, by eBay policy, to do so.

If the seller refuses to cancel, once u receive the item, if u decide u do not want it, return for refund.

They have already received it. Hence the "return request".

Make sure you have been taken care of BEFORE cancelling the return request.
