The seller doesn´t send me a valid return label and ignores me

 

Does anyone know how to email or message customer support? I need them to step in with something I bought but the option it is not available.

I bough airphones that doesn't work. The seller sent me a return label that doesn't work. After been three times in the currier to send it I found out the mistake. The seller wrote that I'm sending from a different country. I wrote many times to the seller to explain the problem but I've been totally ignored.

I'm not paying to send the item. I've already paid to get it. 
It is really frustrating cause it is spending so much time with this...

Did you start your return through ebay? Not directly from the seller? I've been burned like this before. 

 

If you go to your purchase history and click on the item you're trying to return, the first option to the far right, on the top in a blue box will say, "Return this item." Click there to start the process.

I started the return process and the seller send me a return label that doesn´t work. I told the seller many times that the return label doesn´t work. I even found the problem: my adress is in Sweden and the seller wrote Germany. I send pictures and told them the mistake but the seller keeps ignoring me. I need ebays help. I am not suppose to pay for the return.

At this point, you're too late to file a dispute through ebay because it's been over 30 days. (Seller left feedback for you over 30 days ago but within the last 6 months.)

 

If you filed through Paypal, go to the transaction there and open a dispute for "not as described." Paypal allows 180 days for disputes. 

 

You may have to pay for the return shipping.
