Is anyone able to give me advise, my sole reasons for using this seller,is the parts were in Vic,Came with bolts and fit the model i have,as stated in the listing.Didn't,i was told to report it to ebay,they confirmed report.
I was going to accept his offer of a refund amount for the missing bits,until i tried fitting them...were not fit for purpose,interfered with the petrol tank,couldn't turn the handle bars.Asked ebay to step in . Clearly in breach of ebay terms and conditions,made refund request,one chat told me he has to pay return post,because of said breach .
Contacted them today to step in again ,ask why i have not been sent a return label told complete opposite
of last chat. 12 years never had this drama with seller before.dont know ho to continue.T.I.A.
