I accidentally mixed up two packages (one was an eBay buyer and the other was Mercari)
Both of the buyers are extremely understanding and have returned both packages to me and I am going to mail the correct items out
My eBay buyer started a return to get the label to ship back to me but does not want her money back for the item if she gets the correct one
My question is what happens if I don’t refund the return? Will it close by itself with no refund to the buyer? (She won’t be contacting eBay for it as she doesn’t want a refund she just wants the shirt she ordered which I will be mailing out tomorrow
