I feel none of that. eBay is being misleading and dishonest.
Corrective words: dislike, hate, loathe, despise, detest, scorn, disdain.
Example: I dislike eBay being disrespectful by trying to make this change seem positive. Sales have not improved. I loathe the fact it's more money lost, coming closer to Amazon's asinine ways.
Small business equals American family support money, not yours to play with, but go on, soak yourself in control from a typical corporate overlord. I must now bask in these loses because society has become lazy to read a description and too dimwitted to understand English properly. Without accountability, the eCommerce world sinks deeper into creating a selfish not my fault, negligent buyer.
And we have witnessed this happen over the last decade. Amazon led the way. No restocking fees were first to go. So small business, family-owned businesses had to eat the loses in value reduction of every return. Ahh, but it's the cost of doing business they say! pfft, yeah okay. Like this, that and that over there? Sure, at every corner America drains its citizens with taxes so why not marketplaces draining their selling base financial funds with more costs. Costs to sell, cost to accept buyer remorse returns, cost to inspect returns, cost to liquidate returns. Without us the marketplace says, you wouldn't have these sales! I beg to differ. Not only do these sales flow elsewhere, but they are also more profitable per $1.00 sold. Returns are less; issues are less. It seems the environment created here is the problem.
But hey, we're here to stay on top of all the other sales avenues. So, I suppose I need to sum it up with a pat on their back, 'eBay is great!'.
P.S. This message is brought to you by, don't care, won't read your replies ranting eBay pleb seller of the night.
