So a long time ago, back in may. I bought a Heroclix figure. The figure comes with a card. When I received it, it was the wrong card for the figure. I messaged the seller but then they went on vacation so I waited it out. They were gone for like a month. They came back but removed their entire supply of heroclix since it supposedly got bought out. The seller is back and has not answered me at all about a return. He'll answer normal questions I have sent him about other figures but ignores me about the figure I bought from him. I've bought from this guy a lot so I don't want to give him negative feedback. I just want my money back and I would gladly send the figure back to him. Is there a phone number I can call ebay to explain this to and maybe get my money back or because I've waited to long that its now to late for a refund?

You have waited a bit too long for eBay's money back guarantee to work, as it is only valid for 30 days after arrival. The only option is to do a chargeback with your payment method, be it paypal or credit card, as some allow you up to 180 days.
I venture to say that the seller does not have the proper card in stock, hence why he is not responding.
