Hello so currently I'm dealing with seller who sent me a way different item then what I ordered. So basically the return got approved and I was sent a prepaid label. Though the pdf I was sent the top part was cut off some how and it removed the return address and etc but it still has the barcode.
So I'm confused is it suppose to look like that or is it ok for me to take it to my post office and they scan the barcode then the info comes up, Or do I have to message them and ask for and reprint/fixed one? I still have the original packaging with the original label intact also.
Sorry this is my first time I had ever seen a return label like this.

Can you go to your return page and re-download the label to see if it's complete?
Contact ebay and ask them about it. ebay was the one who generated the label on the seller's behalf.

If you can't get it to download properly you can ask for a call back at the bottom of this page:
They're usually pretty good at getting back to you quickly.

Since it's a USPS label, you don't have to go to the PO... enter the tracking number from home. Make sure it's useable. If it is, I imagine you could write in your own return address. Hmmm...
