My tracking number from the seller's label and the information about the tracking number on eBay is different. The difference in 1 symbol, but now I can't do anything...can't get a refund even though the seller already received an item. Is there any support team on eBay to handle this? because I think that the seller provided the wrong UPS tracking for eBay intentionally

You must get that actual UPS tracking number to eBay @natbeli-59 to escalate and get your refund.
Leave a PRIVATE message here for eBay, upload the seller's UPS label and ask eBay to review that tracking number.
