Well let's go down the rabbit hole of problems trying to collect for a item damaged in shipping. I shipped 2 puzzles one got crushed in seal not broken..buyer issued a refund. I got item it was sunck in pretty bad she keep the other one but damaged a full refund. So trying to keep my customer happy I didn't say anything about the other one. Issued refund. But now opened a account on USPS. The rabbit hole begins with no clear way to do this. Finding the file a claim under help icon after a hour looking for it. Now I have get all info together but no way to transfer my Ebay receipt on to this website. USPS...if it's 25..I don't waste my time but 65.00...anyone else have this issue or a better way.
