Hi
I need some advice, I bought a space heater in November and it stopped working in January. I contacted the seller, and they convinced me they would send a replacement soon. They mentioned it would take 15 business days.
When it didn't arrive I contacted them back, but now they are not responding. I was wondering if anything can be done, I am neither able to contact eBay on this nor can put a review for the seller. I feel cheated although I never had such bad experience before. Please let me know if anything can be done so any other potential buyer wont have to suffer. Thanks in advance.

No, there's nothing you can do through Ebay.
If you paid through Pay Pal, open a case with them or contact your payment source.

There is no warranty on most items sold on eBay. If you paid by credit card, contact your card company.
The company that made it would have to honor the warranty however, they often won't if not purchased from a factory dealer. eBay sales are considered second hand and most don't transfer.

eBay is out of the picture.
Not much you can do about it through eBay.
