Seller initiated return

I may want the buyer to return the item they bought they claim it's short i actually added 1 extra, also they claim it was damaged. each item is in it's own plastic package so i doubt that is true.

I requested pictures and how many damaged No reply as yet. What and how do i initiate a return since each item is saleable.

You cannot initiate a return. The buyer has to do that.
