I bought a petrol post hole digger on 23rd April. I only used it for the first time yesterday. It worked briefly, and now won't work at all. I contacted the seller using the return item message system and asked for a replacement or refund. The seller closed the return without even replying to me. Now I can't even contact eBay as everytime l click on the item it says the return is closed and can't be reopened. I can't even use the resolution centre as it comes up with an error message. Surely something that is 7 weeks old should have done sort of warranty and the seller shouldn't be allowed to ignore a problem. What can l do to get help

Too late for eBay to help so go to your payment source. PayPal and most CC give you 6 months.
Most manufacturers won't honor their warranty unless the seller was an authorized dealer.

Your eBay MBG only last 30 days from delivery date
Follow rebell45 advice that is your choices at this point
