Seller Claims Return Box Was Empty

I purchased an item and within Days the So Called Impermeable Coating began to come off. I requested a return and the seller opened a Box was empty claim now being reviewed by eBay. Any Ideas???

Trying to understand the posting...you bought something...want to return it...seller opened a claim against you...is that correct?

Too many returns can have an effect on a buyer...just like Amazon.

Seller can claim anything...you should still get your refund. Unless you had a number of past returns. Otherwise, if you never return anything then I wouldn't worry.
