Same Order: 2 Return Requests Opened, is this possible?

Buyer opened a "The buyer hasn't received this yet", escalated, and LOST!!! (I was surprised since ebay never cares about sellers)

2 minutes after that, he opened a "Doesn't match description or photos" request!!!

How is possible? If he said "didn't arrive", so just after losing the 1st request, suddenly the item appeared (almost 10 pm), and now, isn't correct?!

Does this never finish? He can open several requests, and invent all lies? This guy has 1524 positive feedback, 0 as a seller. This is totally biased toward buyers because sellers cannot give bad feedback.

I'm sure this guy is a nightmare to several sellers. People, please, REPORT ALL Buyers that don't respect the "ABUSIVE BUYER POLICY", these people explore ebay's lack of protection for sellers.

Can do INR, and then INAD, but not the other way around.

It sounds like the buyer accidentally opened the incorrect case, so was advised to close it and open the correct case.

As stated above this can be done and is in no way going against eBay rules or policy.
