When eBay requests that the customer return the products to you, what should you do with them?

Need a little more information.

A buyer returns the item to the seller...and seller can resell the item.

You have to of course depending on the return if it requires a return shipping label so item gets returns to you.

If you are doing drop-shipping...you basically lose the funds from the sale and the item.

First I wouldn't let Ebay know you're dropshipping from Amazon, which is a policy violation and can't get you suspended.

Next, refund the buyer when it's returned.

I'm still learning drop shipping, and having the product sent to me came as a surprise. And yes, I did lose money.

I'm still trying to learn the ropes on drop shipping, and I didn't know that eBay rule didn't need to know or that I can get suspended. However, I didn't inform eBay about the source of my products. 

That's probably why they're sending it to me.

You need to read and learn the dropshipping policy.

You can't dropship from other retail sites.

Hi @motvt-37 

One of the 'Address' fields you filled out in your Personal Information is your 'Return address' ... which is to where you want returned items to go.  You must have filled in your home address ... so it shouldn't have been a surprise.
