I bought some replacement office chair castors in November last year and by December one of the castors lost a wheel.
Despite sending the seller a message, including photos, I was offer a refund for one castor.
I pointed out that I cannot use the chair with just 4 castors [out of 5] perhaps you could send me a replacement.
To date not heard anything - it's now to late to initiate a return. What do I do now?
The other trick sometimes is to request you send product back to China, at great expense, despite it being posted in London or some other UK area.

So, you bought new wheels for your chair and after a month of use, you broke one?
I fail to see how that is the seller's responsibility.
It would be like buying a car, getting into a wreck, and then expecting the dealer to refund your money for the car.

I guess I would have jumped on the offer of the refund for the one. Do you want another if they're no good?
