Returns to China using Speedpak or anything

Ok. I am a noobie on here and I am having THE WORST TIME trying to get ANYONE to tell me HOW to ship this item back to China because it doesn't fit. I have to pay for return shipping and I have NO idea where to start anywhere.....UPS said to get a US based address otherwise it would be like <$100!!! WTFrick?? I can't find any of Ebay's shipping partners and the cs@orangeconnex.com return address in Illinois, I can't find ANYWHERE online to call and ask them..... I am still waiting on another package, from China, that I know won't fit either and I'll have to return, as the sellers don't know how to put correct material descriptions on items...

I will NEVER order another **bleep** thing on Ebay. This has been by far the WORST online shopping experience for me.  NEVER....AGAIN....😡

First; know that Ebay is a facilitator only- designed to put 'sellers' and 'buyers' together. You have to do your due diligence when shopping here or most any other on line place (your phone, instagram etc. is FULL of Chinese sellers.)

2nd- know that clothing is 3 times smaller than US (XL is a MD at best)

3rd: Shipping back to China is a fortune and never worth it (if they item even gets where it's suppose to).

As a newbie, you learned your first lesson; don't buy from China anything that you can't afford to give/throw away if it don't fit/work etc.

So, update to this last post. I didn't get ANY of what I ordered that I have been waiting on. What I did get was a 4 inch sealed plastic envelope (big enough for shipping label) and NOTHING in it, let alone a 2 piece sweat suit! AGAIN, WORST experience in my life. NEVER AGAIN. I want my money back eBay. This is ridiculous.

I have reached out to the sellers and NOTHING. I am so done with this site. Buyer beware.

OK, so this is so easy @boogiesm_32 no reaching whatsoever needed, just a few clicks instead. You just

- click "Return this item" to start a Return Request,

- click SHOW MORE and select the "Missing parts or pieces" reason, then

- click Submit the request.

When an item is not as described, the seller is responsible for return shipping.

After 3 business days, click Ask eBay to step in and help.

eBay will put the case on hold for 5 days to allow the seller to either

- refund outright, no return needed, or

- send cash via PayPal to pay for return shipping that includes tracking.

Then if the seller does neither, eBay will force a full refund, no return needed.

Done.

I'm still curious if anyone has used speedpak to return an item to China, and if so how to go about it.
