Did you make a mistake and buy something that was for parts and not working. In that case, you do nothing.  It's NOT the seller's fault that you did not read the description, or mis-understood and can't read English. You now own a  non-working item.  Either toss it out or sell it. It's yours.  LEARN to read carefully before you buy something.  LEAVE that seller alone.
