Learning my lesson!
I bought something only to have it arrive damaged.
I requested a return and the seller agreed. They provided me with a custom address.
Unawares the return slip is auto tracked by Ebay I sent the parcel back to the custom address.
However the seller has fortunately confirmed receipt! 🙂
But now I cant find a way to request the refund and the seller cant seem to authorise one as the system is unable to pickup the fact that I successfully returned the package! (Since the custom address isnt the one on the return slip)
I have also tried to submit my own return details with what looked like a tracking number on my personal receipt but the system has ignored this and not updated that its been delivered.
How do I get my refund? Does the seller have an option somewhere to just select "refund customer!" without the whole return?
