Hello 

I purchased 2 identical phones.  I had sent one back because it was defective.  I went into eBay and set the return qty to 1.  Now I want to send the other one back, as it is too small for my hand. eBay system won’t allow me to go back in to start a return on the other.  I have been going back and forth with Samsung. They say they have sent me another RMA return label.  I have not received it. Have checked my trash and spam folders and nothing!  I have checked everywhere in eBay and the is nothing that helps me.  I only have a couple of days left to return the item. I am so so disappointed in eBay.  Can you suggest something?

Whether or not you can return the second phone depends on how the phones were listed originally....

Was this an individual listing? Too small for your hand is a buyer's remorse return. Does the seller accept returns? If so go to your purchase history and find the item and  select  return this item citing too small, doesn't  fit. You should be issued a return label that is charged to you unless the seller offers free returns. If the seller's return policy is no returns you'll need to resell it!
