l am looking for away to purchase a return label to send to the buyer for a return since I am unable to purchase one from eBay. If anyone can help me with this issue??

You can purchase one on paypal or take it to the post office.   For help with eBay, need more info on why you can't.  What error message do you get when you try?

Have you approved a Return request? If so, that would generate a return shipping label for your buyer through the case.

I sent an automatic reply of an offer and the item was sold for 580.00. I sent an offer of 80 off and sell for 500.00.It was sent as the opposite which the buyer automatically accepted.I called eBay right away but no resolution after multiple times and 2 months.Ebay is telling me that the buyer will return the item if I send a prepaid return label and I can't find anyplace to do this???
