Return wrong item sent

I have had no luck contacting e-bay to get a refund. I tried contacting the seller to get a replacement that fits with no success. Here is the seller's response

The bug shield you sent me is for a 2018 not 2013. They are not interchangeable. All I have been asking for is a big shield that will fit my 2013 VW Tiguan or my money back. I sent them a picture showing what is wrong but still no shipping label to sent the wrong one back or to get my money back. The picture will say it all. You have 2 other companies that carry the same item. I want my money back so I can get a bug shield that will fit.

Open a return with reason: not as described. They will be forced to accept the return and pay for the shipping. FYI, sounds like a chinese company.

The eBay MBG has a link on every listing page. Now would be a good time to read that. Be sure you make the correct claim. Do NOT file for item not received as the tracking will show you received something. DO File for item not as described. The seller will Have to send you a label to return the item or a refund if they don’t want it back. Not understanding your rights as a buyer can be an expensive lesson.

Stop talking to the seller @app032 Just click "Return this item" and start a return request for the "Wrong item sent" reason.

If you don't get a refund or a prepaid return label, after 3 business days come back to click Ask eBay to step in, to get a refund or a return label.
