Recently I have had 2 buyers return an item for full refund claiming poor quality or not as described. The items actually are excellent quality and exactly as described. The problem is they are sent new products and they are returning used items and not new. Now the problem is eBay always sides with the buyer and I am out of the money and product since the returned items are used. I even have photos but they are useless as far as eBay is concerned.
Would it be a bad idea to report the buyers? Even if eBay sides with them this time, at least it goes on their record and maybe eBay will detect errant behaviour if they've been doing this a lot and/or keep doing it in the future?
