Customer states that my item arrived broke but having a problem when looking at photos.
item is a auto parts tank that holds diesel exhaust fluid. My tank was cleaned great as pictured in listing.
customer send me a photo of the box I shipped in with a tank inside. This tank is covered in white urea fluid, or other vehicle remnants. This is clearly fraud to me and I packaged the item well…
what should I do from here? Not a good start to eBay career. Mine be strictly Facebook marketplace.
