buyer case a return before order receive but when the order received he like the item jacket and didnt return now how can i solve this issue please

What was the reason given for the 'return/refund'... was it Not Received'? If so, input tracking number in the case or Tell buyer to:
1.) cancel return case
2.) if they don't, tell them to ship back and you will refund when you receive

Now the buyer like my jacket send me positive feedback and didn't return I tell the buyer to cancel the return case he try many time but didn't do this now what can i do for my payment on hold still
