I need help with this case I ordered through eBay. Iwas offer an amount of $25 dollars to return, but it is $ 148 to $163 to ship it back to china, and I was sent the wrong item/package. And the seller still have my $ 91.35 I don’t have a shipping label to return this item and know address to send it back.

You made a huge mistake @2tccj31 filing a dispute at PayPal, where you have to pay your own return shipping. 

Instead, you should have stayed on your return request at eBay, and told eBay via Facebook that you didn't get the $163 prepaid return label to return your fake lithium battery for a $91.35 refund.

When you file a dispute at PayPal, your claim at eBay will automatically close and you cannot go back. Your final recourse is to call your card issuer to file a chargeback, if that's how you paid.

VISA rules for example say that you should ask the seller for a prepaid return label. When they sent a wrong item, you will get a full refund whether or not they want to pay return shipping to retrieve the wrong item.

I do not have a return label and the cost to send this lithium battery back to China is about 163.00 dollars
