Return "Confirm return" button is disabled

Hello,

I received a wrong item, and seller agreed to the return. But in the return request process, the "Confirm return" button is disabled. Does any one know how to resolve this problem?

eBay now requires some buyers @zxcvbnmxxyy to upload a photo before the Submit button will light up.

Thank you for the information! I uploaded 10 photos one-by-one, but "Confirm return" button didn't light up.

If you still can't submit, leave a private message here for eBay on Facebook, and explain that the seller agreed to the return but the "Confirm return" button didn't light up.
